Art of War, Common sense sont obligatoires pour moi, et t’as un pack à 10 balles avec presque tout le reste. Cossacks est très bien aussi.

Here’s my game with Savoy :
Initially I just wanted to form Sardinia - Piedmont for the only reason you want to play this country : the sweet sky blue color. As a result I allied both France and Castille to wreck down Aragon. Succeed to take Baleares, Malta and Sardinia. I released both Sicilia and Catalonia to use the reconquest CB in the future wars. Now it’s 1619 and my game is going fucking well. I expanded a bit into the HRE (I decided to remain a member after the Shadow Kingdom event in order to conquer Switzerland knowing that forming Sardinia - Piedmont would allow me the possibility to get out of here). I also expanded a lot in Iberia, absolutely destroying Castille with France.
Now I’m a superpower in the mediterranean, heavily dominating the Genoa trade Node, but also in Africa. Take a look at the situation right now :

Tlemcen is my (reformed) vassal. The ottos went bankrupt at least 5 times, even Wallachia, Nitra, Bulgaria or Georgia delcared on them

This game is super weird : England had a PU over Austria and annexed it. And now they have another one with Bohemia :oops:
I’m allied to Poland (normal PU over Lithunia, and they are trying to integrate them, because they are a bit stupid I suppose), Holland and Lübeck. I have very few available allies due to my position, France and England are my rivals and there is no other great power in the area. Grr.
Regarding the ideas I took : Quality, Influence (I play a lot with the vassals mechanics), Offensive and 2 of Expansion to fill a bit of Africa.
My armies are good but faaaar as good as french ones. Savoy ideas does not include a single military one (correct me if I’m wrong).
Now the big question : Can I go for Mare Nostrum achievement ? I personnally highly doubt it. Im lacking a ton of admin points and I’m 2/3 techs behind in Administrative technology. This is a big issue for me now. What if I just try to spread my color all around the mediterranean ? :p

Essaye de faire comme on a dit hier pour Naples, et prends la côte est de l’Espagne !
Laisse tomber j’ai attaqué la Bourgogne et même avec la Castille on s’est fait éclaté… Rage quit.
J’avais déjà relâché Naples en plus mais j’ai rien vu.
Mare Nostrum est vraiment chaud à avoir avec un petit pays, mais c’est jouable. Prend tout le pourtour de la méditerranée et tu pourras voir pour attaquer la france par plus tard, une fois que tu seras un monstre.
Je vais essayer mais militairement c’est franchement tendu, mes armées sont pas ouf et comme j’ai dis mes rivaux sont incroyablement puissants (Angleterre + Bohème et France) bien qu’ils aient pas vraiment d’alliés…

En 94 j’annexe la Suède. Ils n’ont déclaré leur indépendance qu’une fois et c’était au début… Depuis ils sont à 90/100% mais n’ont pas de support. :p
J’ai aussi conquis Dantzig ! J’ai été allié à Moscou mais je leur ai bouffé toute la Novgorood du coup… Ils ont rompu. La Pologne devrait faire la même à un moment.

L’objectif c’est l’achivement The Iron Price. Faut que je prenne mon temps afin de ne aps faire une guerre où je risque de tout perdre.

J’allais niquer l’Angleterre et avoir le succès, je battais la Moscovie avec l’aide de la Pologne qui a pris Constantinople… (avant 1600)… J’étais à 10% d’annexer la Suède…

Ouais c’est un des meilleurs pays à jouer dans le jeu ! Là j’envahis la Scandinavie !
En même temps, historiquement, la Prusse devient une grande puissance à cette époque, elle développe l’armée et l’artillerie la plus impressionnante soutenue par une politique militaire de grands rois stratège.^^
